Spring is a time to refresh the mind, whip the body into shape and get out and enjoy the great outdoors.
The Spring Home Show, presented by The Daytona Beach News-Journal at the Ocean Center on Friday, March 30, to Sunday, April 1, 2012, is an opportunity to find out what's going on the world of home decorating and outdoor fun. Whether you've got a 40-foot deck or a 5-foot entry pad, you can create a spot that makes you smile by using a little bit of color, time and imagination.
Vendors at this expo offer their latest products for your home, many with items that can help your indoor and outdoor living go "green."
The three-day show features hundreds of exhibits of home improvement products and services, outdoor living amenities such as swimming pools and spas, and local businesses and nonprofit agencies showcasing their services.
During daily seminars, you can learn from experts about living more "green" and how to care for your septic tank or find out the latest in gardening. Get organized (that's right, tackle your closet space or restyle your home!). Listen to just how simple "living simply" can be. Sit in a session on "waterwise landscaping," make life more organized in the kitchen or get tips on selling your home.
Take a day or three out of your busy schedule and get some ideas on how to enjoy your life in the "green."
